- Join us for "Gansadeng la Khon Epok" a traditional puppet and ethnic dance performance which takes place each Thursday and Saturday from 18:00 to 19:30. Performances are undertaken as a way to preserve and share Lao culture with visitors to Luang Prabang. A 50,000kip entry fee is charged to help support the ongoing activities offered at the CCC.
- Drop by the Centre and see the children engaged in dance, music, drawing, reading, storytelling and other activities! Visitors are welcome on Saturdays or Sundays from September to May, or Monday to Friday during our summer break program from June to August. Each of these days, the centre is open from 8:30 to 16:00.
- Volunteer your time! If you have a special skill to share with the children, or would like to learn more about the art of Lao dancing and music, you are welcome to make advance arrangements with Centre staff.
- The Children's Cultural Centre is pleased to accommodate requests for special group performances. Please contact us for further information.
- Donations to the Children's Cultural Centre are very welcome, whether in the form of program materials, cash donations or regular sponsorship! We are always in need of items such as pencil and wax crayons, drawing paper, paints, brushes, pencils, erasers, notebooks, and other similar supplies that can be purchased locally.
