- Come to Sala Baï hotel and restaurant school and add another dimension to your travels in Cambodia. You will actively participate in a Khmer student’s vocational training and contribute to their professional experience. Please be patient and remember they are in training.
- Every meal and each night’s stay make a difference and help to finance students’ training. A US$3 breakfast is equivalent to 1/2 a training day for a student, while a US$7 meal subsidizes 1 training day. One night’s stay for US$13 covers 2 training days, while the purchase of a recipe book (US$33) pays for a week’s worth.

As a training school, Sala Baï is based on a school calendar, which varies each year. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for breakfast and lunch. The hotel is open every day. Three standard rooms and one suite are available, all equipped with hot water, air conditioning and private bathroom.
