what you can experience
- See the visually spectacular performances of the Royal Ballet, including scenes from the Lao Ramayana, Lao folk dances and tribal dances performed at the Royal Palace in Luang Prabang. The performance starts from 6pm and entry is from $8-$20 depending on the seat.
- Visit our workshop and dance school and join local students as they learn to play and make traditional musical instruments (drums, violin, xylophone), or to dance under the guidance of our master dancers. Workshops occur on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 6:30pm.
- Buy our CDs, instruments, performance masks and traditional costumes at the Royal Ballet Theatre.
- Visit the workshop of our Ee Pawk puppet theatre, buy the handmade puppets, and learn how to make them dance at Vat Xieng Thong Temple and Tum Tum Cheng Restaurant.
- Donate to support the development of new activities. Funds are used to buy costumes, technical equipment and building supplies.
- Volunteer by contributing your skills such as technical management, professional dance and music.
