- Enjoy lunch and light refreshments at Le Jardin des Delices (the Paul Dubrule Training Restaurant) where our students will gain valuable experience by serving you.
- The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:30pm from Tuesday to Friday. We offer a 3-course set lunch menu for US$9 that combines the very best of Khmer, International and French cuisine.
- Following lunch, groups or individuals are invited to join a guided tour of the school and its facilities, accompanied by a teacher or the director.
- Stay at our Training Hotel and ‘assist’ the students with their training. Prices start from US$15 per night and include air-conditioning, hot water, a private bathroom, cable television and mini-bar. During the week, breakfast is served on our beautiful terrace.
- Learn how to prepare the most famous Cambodian dishes and dessert by attending our Khmer Food Lovers program.
